변압기 폭발 및 화재 방지
변압기 폭발 방지 시스템은 절연파괴로 발생하는 동압피크에 신속하게 반응하여 내부압력상승을 막아 폭발 및 화재를 방지하는 설비이다. Rupture pin이 탄성점에서 즉시 좌굴되어 반응하는 방식으로 동작 오차 범위가 적고 수명이 길어서 신뢰도가 높고 유지,보수 비용이 적은 것이 장점이다.
Specifications
A passive, non-invasive and non-fragmenting, Fast Depressurization system, with a full bore relief area to open to a downstream vent within milliseconds when triggered by a dynamic pressure wave thus preventing static pressure and build up and resultant explosion burst and fire. Each device shall be mechanical and utilize a predetermined, unalterable set point design. The Fast Depressurization system shall be designed with a gas/oil seperation chamber to collect oil and take away the gases to a far or safe distance with minimal shut down time in restarting the unit.
